In 1999, there was not much information available about railroading in Puerto Rico. I didn’t know anything about the locomotives in Penuelas and Camuy. Late 90’s guide books about Puerto Rico still mentioned the steam train at Fajardo, which was shut down after the big flooding in 1975. The two locomotives working there in 1975 (Glover #121645/1925 and Baldwin #60181/1927) are now at a museum in Caracas, Venezuela.
Currently there are 10 steam locomotives known to exist in Puerto Rico.
The website http://www.steamlocomotive.info/country.cfm?which=puertorico lists 9 locomotives, but shows pictures of all 10 individual machines (there is a Hunslet ***and*** an Andrew Barclay stored at Manati). Andreas Foedrowitz.

Note: The Hunslet and Barclay locos are no longer in Puerto Rico.

Andreas nos da más datos sobre otras locomotoras que operaron en Puerto Rico. Las locomotoras Hunslet y Barclay ya no están en Puerto Rico.
